I had a lot of problems with the low light. My 55-200mm lens is nice but even with the flash I was shooting on 1/60 - 1/80 of a second. I would have shot with my 55mm fixed lens at a lower f-stop (f-1.8) but with no motor in the camera, manual focusing would be tedious. Oh the follies of the Nikon D40. I still think I got some good photos anyhow.
